Each stakeholder group has its own expectations and interests, which the university must consider for its successful functioning and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The university&#8217;s stakeholders are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>students<\/strong>, who acquire knowledge and skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>teaching and research staff<\/strong>, who are responsible for the educational process and research;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>administrative staff<\/strong>, who support the functioning of the university through management and administrative tasks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>parents<\/strong>, who are interested in the quality of education and the success of their children;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>alumni<\/strong>, who can support the university financially or through professional contacts, and who also shape the institution&#8217;s reputation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>employers<\/strong>, who are interested in obtaining qualified personnel \u2013 the university&#8217;s graduates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the state and government agencies<\/strong>, which regulate the university&#8217;s activities, provide funding, and assess the quality of education;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>public and non-governmental organizations (NGOs)<\/strong>, which collaborate with the university on social, educational, or scientific projects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>investors and sponsors<\/strong>, who support the university by investing in the development of its infrastructure and programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dear stakeholders!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guarantors of the educational programs offered by the Department of Computer Engineering at Igor Sikorsky KPI are pleased to welcome you! Your interests, support, and collaboration are extremely important to us. Together, we create an environment for learning, research, and development that helps our department thrive and reach new heights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are always open to new ideas, projects, and initiatives. Together with you, we strive to enhance the quality of education and scientific research, develop the infrastructure of the department and the university, support our students and faculty, and bring positive changes to society. We sincerely thank you for your support and interest in the development of our educational programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular feedback from stakeholders is an important part of the internal educational quality assurance system at the Department of Computer Engineering, which is implemented through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#guhikjuh\">stakeholder surveys;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#jnjgbgfdcf\">receiving suggestions and remarks from stakeholders regarding educational programs<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-96460595ee66d0891d9e421a296ba70c\" id=\"guhikjuh\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><br><strong>STAKEHOLDER SURVEYS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Surveys of higher education students regarding the content and teaching quality of educational programs are conducted anonymously by student government representatives, which guarantees the independence and objectivity of the collected data. Department representatives do not participate in this process to ensure the honesty and impartiality of the students&#8217; responses. Upon completion of the survey, the results are processed and compiled into a detailed analytical report, which is then submitted to the educational program guarantor for further analysis and appropriate action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surveys of other stakeholder groups, such as faculty, alumni, employers, and other interested parties, are conducted with participant identification. This enables more precise processing of the survey results and allows the specific characteristics of each group to be taken into account. The educational program guarantor independently compiles an analytical report based on the survey results, which provides a detailed analysis of the collected data and outlines recommendations for improving the educational process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report is discussed at department meetings and by the university&#8217;s educational and methodological commissions, where remarks and proposals received from stakeholders are collectively reviewed. All constructive feedback and suggestions are taken into account to enhance the quality of the educational process and improve the educational programs. This systematic approach to gathering feedback contributes to the continuous development and adaptation of the university to modern requirements and standards of higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We invite you to cooperate!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite you to take part in a survey conducted for research purposes, dedicated to ensuring the quality of higher education within the programs offered by the Department of Computer Engineering. We kindly ask you to share your views on the questions provided below. The University and the Department continuously review and update the educational programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this process, we invite stakeholders to share their proposals and remarks regarding both existing educational programs and those currently under development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current educational programs offered by the Department are available on the University&#8217;s official website at the following link: <a href=\"https:\/\/osvita.kpi.ua\/taxonomy\/term\/245\">osvita.kpi.ua\/taxonomy\/term\/245<\/a>.
