The task of the discipline “Real-Time Systems” is to study methods and tools for building hardware and software for modern real-time systems.
The aim of the course “Real-Time Systems” is to provide students with specialized knowledge and practical skills in creating and applying methods and tools for fast, including parallel, information processing at a given input rate (in real time). As a result of studying the discipline, the student should know the main theoretical principles of organization, structure, and algorithms for building automated information processing and control systems, digital signal processing, correlation and spectral analysis, as well as quantitative assessment of the capabilities of computer systems and specialized processors for real-time data processing.
