According to the requirements of the academic discipline program, after mastering the credit module, students must demonstrate the following learning outcomes:

As a result of studying the discipline, the student should obtain:

– knowledge of basic terms and definitions in the field of computer architecture;

– knowledge of the principles of program control for organizing computational processes in a computer, as well as characteristics of a computer at architectural and structural levels;

– knowledge of the principles of computer architecture design and operation;

– knowledge of instruction sets, operand addressing methods, and data structure organization in computers;

– knowledge of principles for designing arithmetic and control units of computers;

– knowledge of system analysis methods and comparative evaluation techniques.
